General fixes and integrations for various mods.
Changes category and order of various items in different mods among other things.
- Based off nIronwolf's (5dim-cats) category mod.
- Implements it's own ArmorReach based off vtk-armor-reach (Because of this it is not compatible with vtk but is much easier to expand).
- Updates UltimateBelts to be more compatible with bob+angel+clown (Recipes will change in the future, beware).
- Fixes some issues with RealisticReactors integration with other mods
- More to come?
