- Decomposer: Unlocks the primary decomposer machine and the initial decomposition-bacteria culture. This loop lets you process raw-fish, spoilage, and water to kickstart and multiply your bacterial logistics.
- Organic matter bio-decomposition: Enables advanced biological processes to trigger controlled rotting and decompose agricultural products into spoilage. This allows you to produce fermented-fish to unlock more advanced and efficient cultivation recipes for your decomposition-bacteria.
- Organic sludge processing: Advanced processing of bulk rot into dense fluid organic slurry, allowing for highly efficient spoilage transport. It lets you turn spoilage into organic-sludge and condense it back when needed.
- Lithic bio-decomposition: Utilizes specialized bacteria to leach and erode minerals, breaking down solid stones and raw ores into fine, highly reactive dust. This process uses your decomposition-bacteria and water to erode stone, iron-ore, and copper-ore into sand, iron-dust, and copper-dust, as well as basic smelting into iron-plate and copper-plate.
- Metalic dust melting: Advanced metallurgy that allows you to melt iron-dust and copper-dust with calcite inside a foundry to get molten-iron and molten-copper.
