It was issued broadly to the main Japanese Army formations as well as the Eccelesian Church fanatic units, becoming one of the most common frontline vehicles of the war’s final phase. The Chi Ti 1 mounted an 85 mm main gun supported by a coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun, and—most notably for Japanese armor—featured a vertical gun stabilizer, giving it a significant accuracy advantage when firing on the move compared to earlier Japanese designs. Its armor protection was generally well-rounded for a mid-1940s design, enough to withstand medium-caliber threats that had previously overwhelmed the Chi Ni series. While the Chi Ti 1 improved Japan’s armored capabilities considerably, it was also far more complex than its predecessors, and this complexity came at the cost of mechanical reliability. Breakdowns were frequent, and the tank required far more careful maintenance than the overstretched logistical system could consistently provide. Even so, when kept running, the Chi Ti 1 performed effectively in the mixed-armor formations that characterized Japan’s 1946–1950 defenses. After the war, liberated South China continued operating surviving Chi Ti 1s until 1957, using them as stopgap armor during reconstruction and internal security operations before retiring the design in favor of more modern equipment. It focuses on the countries around the pacific ocean, like the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia, China and a lot more. All the the project vehicles are fictional in nature and have their own story, lore and design. The Projects creations have a tendency for high fidelity, decoration and multi crew operation.
