Optimizes stationary cars when they are newly placed or when you get out of them so they don't suck up as much UPS. The mod has 0 cost when the factory is running, but does incur a tiny penalty when building new entities. However it aims to be as lightweight as possible. This is compatible with cars on belts, they function as expected.
