Traders have more silver. Walking traders get a little boost, but orbital traders get a big boost in available silver. Also adds an orbital trader which buys almost everything.

The silver multiplier now affects visitors as well.
Slider in the mod settings allows for any multiplier you want from 0.10x to 100.00x so you can either make it harder for yourself, or open a bank, the choice is yours.
Requires restart in order for the multiplier to take place.
