Vanilla oriented xenotype race based on BioWare's Mass Effect Series.
The xenotype is not 1:1 representation of the Quarians spieces from ME series, mainly because of difficulty-balance reasons. Here are some key diffrences and attributes:
-They no longer require enviromental suit to survive, this would be troublesome for early tech colonies. A weakened immune system was used instead.
-Their smaller but agile posture is represented by the increased movement speed and lower melee damage, fingers by lowered manipulation and their "damage sponge" physiology by the robust trait.
