[YH]Misc - Military Aid Contract
Added an option in the commsconsole: military aid contract. Players can exchange silver for immediate military aid from neutral/allied factions.
Unlike regular military aid, military aid the pawns of contract are controllable by players (like the hired gunner in the quest). You are required to provide basic accommodation and meals for the military aid personnel during the contract period.
You can select military aid points and duration, and the silver cost can be adjusted in the settings.
