Include new tier of Mining drill, Inserter, Underground Belt
Add compatible for Schall Alien Tech, Bob's Adjustable Inserters, Advanced Fluid Handling, Ultimate Belt, Transport Drones
Use with Momo Easy Evolution to enable biter
