Creates a miner equivalent to 25 beaconed (8-per) normal electric mining drills in terms of energy use, output, pollution, etc. The only purpose of this mod is to improve UPS by having the game simulate a single entity instead of 25 smaller ones (more than that, actually, due to also removing belt/chest, beacons, power poles, and other misc items).
