Original author Jastro, I kept the Package ID for old save compatibility.
This mod allows tailors to reclaim a percentage of fabric from clothing at the crafting spot, and tailor's benches. Now also working correctly for mechs, so Fabricators, and other tailor-assigned mechs such as the Craftihand in my Worker Drones mod will do the job without issue.
