Introduces a few of options to customize your Cargo Ships experience. Mainly modifying the speed of the ships while on water rails. To preserve some balance you can choose to change inventory size relative to the speed bonus. For example doubling the speed will cut the inventory size of the cargo ship in half.

- The boat speed while not on water rails is a lot lower compared to the speed on water rails.
