A buffer for your belts. The original version of the mod Belt Buffer is an update for factorio 0.17-0.18.
- Does this use a lua on_tick handler to implement the behavior?
- The behavior of a vanilla loader that stores 2 stacks in a chest and gives it away when necessary.

- It is put only on konveer, works as the buffer, replaces not big chest
