[TCP 1.3] Multi-system Electric Locomotive "The Gator"

Inspired by various German electric locomotives, The Gator is an unholy hybrid of a Battery locomotive and conventional Electric locomotive built with shunting in mind. Don't use it with passenger service, it's not meant for that. Several months of blood, sweat, and tears were put into this abomination, which probably isn't Smaen approved since he has expressed his disdain for infinite-generator creations. It can run on either battery reserves, or with Pantographs [Calibrated to NSO Catenary height] which also recharge the batteries. Design speed is 25 m/s, and more stuff to go with it is planned.
