Adds a Roadkill-raider faction with custom combat vehicles (Bulldog, Tango, Roadkill tank).
Vehicles spawn with full crew, engine auto-start, and appropriate Combat Extended ammo.
Requires Vehicle Framework and Vanilla Vehicles Expanded and CE.
