Removes all ground decoration when placing tiles. Works with modded tiles too.
This mod currently does the exact same thing as the original Cleaned Concrete mod (the mod author implemented my suggestion, yay).
#Won't upgrade this mod for 2.0 as the original Cleaned Concrete mod was updated.
