Bordered Alert Icons (Ntm fork)

This mod start as a simple fork of the mod: Bordered Alert Icons, please give credit to the original author (Barhandar) for the modded icons.
Then I wanted to make it a bit better so I start dig-in on some other mods and I get some new ideas, so here we are.
This is my 1st Factorio MOD, hope someone like it, anyway I made-it for myself so if even only one more person like it it's already extremelly cool. :-D
