Allows for the creation of belts from rubber as well as (or instead of) only iron.

Primary Features:
Adds the ability to turn wood into resin into rubber, which is used to make basic belts
Optionally removes the vanilla iron-only recipe

Secondary Features:
Uses BobMods rubber and resin if installed
