How do those pirates know where every single one of your silver pieces is hidden?
Who cares, because now you have this mod: It adds a container that lets you perfectly conceal your wealth, and so much more.

This mod adds a safe. Items stored inside will have their value multiplied by a wealth factor (0 by default), meaning you can effectively control your colony wealth.

However, it also features a "Freeze" function.
Freeze Mode - This completely zeroes out the wealth of all items inside the container (regardless of the wealth factor you've set) and temporarily removes them from most detection mechanics (for example, you won't be able to find these materials when crafting). This means that in the late game, you can manually make certain items "disappear" to improve your game's TPS. Additionally, even when frozen, the items inside can still be used for trading.
Therefore, the advantages of this mod are:
• Provides an excellent 1x1 container that can hold 25 stacks of items and also has a wealth-reduction feature.
• It can even reduce performance overhead, acting as an optimization mod.
Disadvantages:
• This mod (and my other mods) is made solely by me, and my artistic skill level is about 1, so don't expect the textures to be very pretty :(

Q&A
Q: Can I add this to an existing save?
A: Of course.
Q: Will this mod negatively impact performance?
A: If you build hundreds of safes and fill them with thousands of unstackable items (like weapons and apparel), then yes, it will... but you'd be experiencing terrible lag if you left them outside anyway. In the vast majority of cases, it provides a performance optimization.
Q: When I click the freeze button, the items inside the container suddenly rearrange, and I can't drop them by clicking the 'x'. Is this normal?
A: Yes. In fact, when frozen, the items aren't really 'there' anymore—they've been tossed into a sea of data. What you're seeing is just a phantom interface to let you know what was there. Clicking the freeze button again will bring them back. Until then, the GUI is for informational purposes only.
Q: If the safe is destroyed while in freeze mode, are my items still there?
A: They will be dropped on the ground, just like any other container.
Q: Why can't I find the building?
A: You need to research 'Microelectronics'
Q: What if it's built on gravship?
A: I've tested it. It works, no bugs.
Q: Don't you think this mod is too overpowered and breaks the balance? This affects the core mechanics of the game!
A: We live in a beautiful era where anyone has the opportunity to express their opinions on the internet. Including Randy Random.
