Inspired by Fallout "PipBoy" devices. I wanted to create a Utility device with similar specifics, but in RimWorld style.

The mod adds a belt with a personal computer (RimTek DigiPal) that increases wearer's melee and ranged accuracy. It also allows them to play games (cerebral play) when relaxing and looking for recreation.
You can right-click a pawn when it wears a DigiPal belt to force it to play and entertain itself.
The playing process satisfies "cerebral play" type of recreation, and gives a 5 mood boost for 6 hours.
You can produce RimTek Digipal at machining table after researching Microelectronics.
