VFE: Insectoids 2 Medieval Tech Level Patch

Changes the tech level on the "Exotic Hivetech" research from Industrial to Medieval, meant to be used for medieval enthusiasts like myself that use tech limiting mods such as "World Tech Level". If I were a more talented modder I might be able to make the Thumpers accessable without needing to research electricity, but that's a project for later.
