How It Works
Add the Spiritual Rechristening precept to your ideology, then initiate the ritual like any other. Before the ceremony begins, you'll choose a new name for the colonist. During the ritual, they'll give a speech to restate their devotion while colony members gather to witness the rechristening.
If the ceremony is well-attended and goes smoothly, the colonist will receive their new name.
