They are intentionally more uncommon to not overwhelm non-mechanitor pawns.
Traits:
Bandwith extender: Mech bandwith +4
Bandwith hyperextender: Mech bandwith +8
Mech maker: Mech gestation and repair speed +40%
Mech master: Mech gestation and repair speed +80%
