The change in scaling in relation to shooting skill is defined as the following
0 Skill - 2.0x
1 Skill - 1.5x
2 Skill - 1.4x
3 Skill - 1.3x
4 Skill - 1.2x
5 Skill - 1.1x
6 Skill - 1.0x
7 Skill - 0.95x
8 Skill - 0.90x
9 Skill - 0.85x
10 Skill - 0.80x
11 Skill - 0.75x
12 Skill - 0.7x
13 Skill - 0.65x
14 Skill - 0.625x
15 Skill - 0.60x
16 Skill - 0.58x
17 Skill - 0.56x
18 Skill - 0.54x
19 Skill - 0.52x
20 Skill - 0.5x
Skill levels 0-5 will have aiming rates lower than vanilla.
Skill level 6 is equivalent to vanilla.
Skill levels 7-20 are faster than vanilla, up to a maximum of aiming twice as fast at 20 skill.
