The hummingbird is a cargo and transport VTOL meant for faster missions and large ships. The rappel is used by grabbing the hardpoint connector then grabbing the handle, it starts going down first and then goes up next time you grab the handle. It also has controls inside under the door button. The best cruising throttle is 80ish percent. Also just a note: it starts faster if you hold the down arrow.
