Extract Harbinger Tree Research (Cont.)
Update: There's some mod that will cause this one to throw an error if they're loaded in the wrong order. I'm not sure which, am too sleepy to do the trial and error, it's past bedtime. For now, move this one to the top of your load order, and it'll work without errors.

Allows to replant Harbinger Tree after research.
Updated for 1.6 by Sneaks. Requires Harmony, though I can't figure out how to get it to show that on the mod list in game, dangit.
