Retextures the biotech lifter to be Kerfus! Requires Biotech DLC (duh)

ETA: Please remember Kerfus is a little kitty mech. I should not have to say this on a mod with a little kitty mech, but please stop making pervy comments about Kerfus. He does not deserve it. :(
ETA2: I have never played VotV. Kerfus existed before being added to that game. He is a lovely little robot that carries goods around a supermarket. He's a real life lifter mech. So any VotV references are completely lost on me. :(
