Patches for Too Many Mods modpack.

Consequently, this mod mostly contains marginal or pack-specific changes and affected a lot more by my personal preferences.
Main features
- Organize research trees
- Organize architect categories with Better Architect Menu
- Marginal rebalances and tweaks
- Remove whatever I don't like (some of them are through auto cherry-picker, separate from the main mod.)
