Steam Turbine Controller

This microcontroller was developed to control boiler temp based on quantity of steam turbines connected. Input the number of steam turbines connected to your boiler in the tooltip and connect the boiler temp and a variable valve to your firebox/furnace air intake port and the controller will sort out the proper setpoint temp and maintain it. The controller will slightly overshoot on startup, this is normal but will settle to typically +- 1 degree from setpoint. This controllers logic will either full open or close the valve with a delta of +- 10 degrees from setpoint and activate the PID portion of the controller automatically when it is within 10 degrees +- of setpoint value. Using this controller will keep your fuel usage to the minimum as well as temperature of your steam loop as to not overwhelm the condenser by generating more steam that you need to use for a given amount of turbines. Developed for use on my test platform which features 40 turbines powered by a single boiler: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3621272014
