Since all this does is modify a single value, it should be fine to add, remove, or reorder as needed.
[i][u]Note[/u]: I am not sure what happens to the Mechanitor if they have [b]a lot of Pikemen[/b] when removing the mod though. I assume chaos.[/i]
[b]Why Adjust the Cost?[/b]
I think Pikeman cost enough raw resources to produce. Having a high bandwidth cost for combat performance that rapidly falls off in endgame scenarios is over tuned, making Pikemen useless. It feels like an arbitrary restriction. Reducing the bandwidth cost make them more viable.
