Dombie's Gene Balance Changes (With Mod Options)

These are my patches for the Biotech's genes. The main goal is to create a more balanced experience that buffs under-performing genes while reducing the effectiveness of stronger genes. I did not want to change any metabolism for fear of ruining modded xenotypes.
Changes

[*] Piercing Spine has a 44-tile range and Hemogen cost is reduced to 10
[*] Fire Spew has 1-hour cooldown, Foam Spray has 0.25-hour cooldown, Acid Spray has 0.5-hour cooldown.
[*] Animal Warcall can be used once per day.
[*] Both Toxic Resist and Anti-Tox Lungs now reduce toxic buildup by 90%.
[*] Slow Runner now reduces movement speed by roughly 10%.
[*] Both Quick and Very Quick Runner are increased to roughly 15%/30% movement speed, respectively.
[*] Naked Speed now reduces speed by 10% with clothing and increases speed by roughly 30% without it.
[*] Slow Learner now multiplies learning speed by 75% rather than 50%.
[*] Fast Learner now only increases learning speed by 35%.
[*] Addiction Resistant genes now reduces the chance of addiction by 20%.
[*] The Strong Aptitude genes now give passion but skill gain is reduced to 2.
[*] Great Aptitude genes now gives 6 skill points.
[*] Poor Aptitude genes' skill loss is reduced to 2.
[*] Awful Aptitude genes now reduces a skill by 6 points.
[*] Strong Melee Damage now gives only 25% Melee damage but gain 25% Accuracy on Touch and Short distances.
[*] Weak Melee Damage reduces melee cooldown by 25% in addition to reduced melee damage.
[*] Sleepy and Very Sleepy now only makes you 15%/30% sleepier.
[*] Temperature Resistant genes have been increased to 15/25 Comfortable Temperature for Resist/Super Resist respectively.
[*] Slow Wound Healing now only reduces healing to 75% of base.
[*] Strong Immunity grants 25% immunity gain speed.
[*] Trotter hands now reduces work speed by 10% vs reducing Manipulation
[*] Elongated Fingers gives 15% Global Workspeed vs 10% Manipulation.
[*] Violence Disabled grants 10% move speed and buffs to psychic ability.
[*] Both Psychic sensitivity genes have gotten buffs to their meditation psyfocus gain and neural heat recovery.
