Here are all the surgical bombs. They have the same explosion power of what you make it out of. The last one is MY explosive, explosion power is comparable to a thermonuclear warhead.
The surgical bomb detonator. Craftable with 1 detonator and a Wi-Fi component. The red big button detonates all targets with surgical bombs. (Type !detonate [character] to detonate specific targets.)
Pliers. You can take surgical bombs out of patients who contain them. There's a video on how to perform the removal procedure. Craftable with just a single piece of iron. You'll need a medical fabricator.
