Replaces deadlock ore stack icons with mipmapped versions of the original.
The new icons are just the base ore mip icons with wooden crates behind them. If someone has a better pallet-like icon let me know and I can swap it in.
This only changes Iron, Copper, Uranium, Coal, & Stone. Supports Realistic Ores (the screenshots use the realistic colors).
If you have Space Age, this will also change Tungsten Ore. I haven't gone far enough in SA to know of other base mats.
