A small mod that increases the frequency of orbital traders when using Vanilla Storytellers. By default, 1-3 traders will come per quadrum, but this amount can be adjusted by changing <numIncidentsRange>1~3</numIncidentsRange> to different values.
In Vanilla, Cassandra and Phoebe will send 1 trade ship in the first week of every quadrum, whereas Randy has a random chance of sending one when he calls a positive event. With this mod, you'll always receive 1-3 per quadrum with all three storytellers.
