Modular Turrets are affected by projectile damage repeatable technologies

Makes it so that the turrets from the Modular Turrets mod by wodzu93 are affected by projectile damage repeatables in a way analogous to the vanilla gun turret. This nerfs the scattergun turret, bringing down the scaling to vanilla levels, and buffs all other turrets.
