Adds a 'Xenotype Extractor' which can be used to create Xenogerms with the Endogenes of a colonist.
Xenotype extraction takes a lot longer and has longer lasting effects than just normal gene extraction.
It should work fine with modded Xenotypes, though it is only tested with Reese's Avali Mod 2.
Honestly the main reason was so I could have a ideology that prefers a xenotype and allows me to fully convert people.
This mod was made by turkler, as a commission for me. They allowed me to upload it here. Note, that since I did not write the code, my ability to maintain it is limited. If there are bugs/issues, I am willing to give it a shot at fixing them, but no promises.
