- Adds in a specialized heat-exchanger to further heat 165°C steam to 500°C steam.
- Research and placement is the same as regular Heat-Exchangers.
- Allows you to use a more-easily obtainable, less valuable, or trash resource, such as waste wood in burner-boilers or solar-panel powered Electric Boilers to heat 15°C water to 165°C steam seperately, thus saving the heat energy consumed from Nuclear Fuel-Cells for further heating to 500°C with the Pre-Heated Exchanger.
