Overview
Most machines in factorio are powered by electricity, which is easy and boring.
This mod provides an alternative method, machines powered by heat.
(Some machine types can only be powered by electricity, as such there won't be heated variants of them)
Mod compatibility
Heated variants of electric machines added by other mods will be automatically generated where possible.
If a mod uses scripts to control the behavior of original machines, the heated variants might not work correctly/break.
TODO:
- add heat pipe graphics to machines when connected to heat pipes, improve the graphics shown when disconnected.
- spread out the machines through the tech tree to make them unlock along with their normal versions (or at least split them into groups).
