Old Omega Drill

This mod brings back the old version of Toddnollan's Omega Drill, and add my own old tweaks mod for it.
It also integrates with Space Age, by locking the drill behind metallurgic science and changing the recipe.
Additional Info
There are two settings added to this mod:
- Use Tweaks - applies my tweaks to the mod to make the Omega Drill more customizable, by adding module slots, in exchange for lowering speed, pollution and power drain. It also gives the drill a 50% resource drain, similar to Space Age's Big Mining Drill.
- Use Upscale - changes the original graphics to an AI Upscaled version that is close to the original. I know the AI image stuff is a bit of an iffy subject, but when used for upscaling, in my personal opinion, it is fine :) I should also note, that I've used a local instance on my own machine, so the original graphics haven't been uploaded to some shady site somewhere.
