Parkas are coats too, you know?

that may be lined with fur or fake fur."
And so are... you know, coats and jackets.
Do i even have to elaborate further?
Modifies the parka's layer to be a coat's, so you get to keep the classic parka or duster choice.
(Or just because you are using the parka retexture and it looks ugly as hell :P)
And don't forget Vanilla Expanded: Apparel! Fixed them coats and jackets too.
Depends on the original mod's coat setting!
