Inspired by Far Reach mod. This mod applies same range bonuses but it does so on prototype level.
With "Far Reach" mod when player died or changed character the bonuses were not applied in some cases (needing me to go to mod settings, change the bonuses to something, apply and then change them back in order for them to be correctly applied).
