rewritten version of Statistics combinators by bosje for factorio 2.0. Redesigned GUI, item, fluid and quality compatibility.
Adds two new combinators, to track output production and consumption statistics, converting the values from the 'p' menu to signals for use in circuits.
updates every second, setting production/consumtion values to a logistics group, so can be monitored globally or even in your inventory
