APP Utilities is a developer utility extending the capabilities of [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2480887589]Apparel Paper Pattern[/url].
Primary features include:

[*] Matching pawns in APP Defs based on genes
[*] Forcing apparel matched by an APP Def to use only textures from a certain BodyType
[*] Overriding textures entirely for any apparel items matched by an APP def
