UNSC vehicles brought from SRTS to Vehicle Framework (Yes they can be colored)

Whats in it?
- New textures
- The Falcon (spinning rotors don't happen with Deployed no but do happen when it takes off)
- The Pelican
- The Hornet
- The Wasp
- Ps. They all can Hover and shoot at raiders as long as someone is flying it
- Can be added mid save
-It needs Vehicle Framework to work ( for the slow ones out there)
balancing
- Have not touch the balancing outside of rising the reload time a bit for some vehicles
- This mod may be Unbalanced in some ways. really up to you how you use it
