Player Information on circuit networks.
This combinator outputs information about players in the current game. When no player is selected, it will output the total player count on Blue and the online player count on Green. When a player is selected (using Grey), it will output the player's name as a bitstring, Green=1 if the player is online, and Red=1 if the player is an admin.
