Difficulty tweaks for Cerys to add interesting challenge.
Getting started
No changes are made to terrain generation. As such, this mod is compatible with existing saves excepting that some areas previously thawed by radiative towers will now be frozen.
Tweaks
- Cerys is pitch-black at night.
- Solar wind is dangerous to the player.
- Heating towers have reduced radius and consume solid fuel at an increased rate.
- Gamma radiation deals increased damage.
- Repairing the reactor takes twice as many resources.
- Asteroids on Cerys have increased HP.
- Nitrogen-rich mineral processing requires more sulfuric acid to craft.
- Fulgoran cryogenic plants plants draw +50% energy.
- The 'Discover Fulgoran cryogenics' recipe now requires various products of nuclear scrap recycling to craft it.
- 'Cerys cargo drops' research cost increased.
- If playing on ribbonworld, the map is even thinner.
