Simply adds a new middle tier lab to the game, unlocked at the BioFlux stage of Gleba:
Size is 4x4, takes nutrients to run, 4x lab research speed (fastest!), 4x Module slots!
Unlike the BioLab unlocked in the late game, it does not have the 50% science drain - it is however faster - which may serve well in the mid-game before biters have been tamed, or as an alternative late-game for the speed when enough research productivity has been done. Or just for people who prefer the Gleba aesthetic and like to do their science there!
Uses a painstakingly assembled custom graphic and animation set - enjoy!
