Removes the blinking power icons from buildings by replacing the graphic with a transparent, or mostly transparent, one. This means there is no visual indication if a building has no power connection, or there are no power suppliers on the network. Optionally, also removes no fuel and no ammo indicators as well.
New to 1.0.1: Can now optionally scale icons as well. Half or Double size is available, defaults to normal size. Double scale can be a little more visible with nearly transparent icons - note it can look a little odd on 1x1 entities but it works fine.
Made on request of an epileptic on the subreddit, but useful for others who don't want those icons showing up.
