This is a simple patch mod that allows the Exotic Goods trader, the Shaman merchant, the Imperial trader (from the Royalty DLC) and their base locations to sell more Tier A mech upgrade items from Mechanoid Upgrades. Additionally, they will also occasionally sell the chip from the mechanoid boss.
