What This Mod Does
[b]• Cyclops Gene Injector[/b]
A single-use injector that rewrites a pawn’s DNA to match my optic ability. Works on humans… and yes, on animals too. Red-eyed war muffalos? That’s between you and your conscience.
[b]• Optic Blast Ability[/b]
The injected pawn gains a precise, concussive beam attack.
Default profile:
[u]Warmup:[/u] 1 second
[u]Cooldown:[/u] 120 ticks
[u]Damage:[/u] 25 concussive
[u]AP:[/u] High, it’s a beam of force, not a flashlight.
[b]• Crafting the Injector[/b]
Buildable at a [i]Drug Lab[/i] once you’ve completed [b]Fabrication[/b] and [b]Medicine Production[/b].
Recipe demands ultratech materials: spacer components, plasteel, gold, neutroamine, and glitterworld medicine.
Crafting skill required: [b]12[/b].
Precision is important, trust me.
[b]• Surgical Delivery[/b]
Use the injector directly or administer it via surgery.
Surgery requires anesthesia, Medicine 6, and steady hands.
Permanent effect. No take-backs.

Mod settings let you tune:

• Damage
Reset to my recommended defaults at any time.

How to Deploy

Complete the research and queue the Cyclops Gene Injector at a Drug Lab.
[b]2. Apply the Gene[/b]
Perform surgery on your chosen operator or let them self-inject.
[b]3. Configure[/b]
Use Mod Settings to dial warmup, cooldown, and damage to your doctrine.
[b]4. Command & Control[/b]
Fire at enemies, obstructions, and strategic targets.
Remember: you still need line of sight. Don’t blast blind.
