No Quality Recycling

Disallows quality modules in recyclers, leaving quality production chains as the only way to make higher-quality items. An optional setting buffs the effect of quality to compensate.

Notes

• The quality buff does not apply to the power usage of beacons or the drain of mining drills, to avoid these values falling below zero.
• Loading a save with this mod with quality modules in recyclers will cause those quality modules to be destroyed.
• After the v2.0 update, this mod correctly prevents quality modules from being placed in recyclers.
